The Ecumenical Forum of European Christian Women (EFECW) will hold its XIth General Assembly from 5-9 August 2022 in Strasbourg, France. To help making this Assembly a success, we have nine internship positions to fill:
- Social Media and Photography (2 persons)
- Coordinator Spiritual Life (2 persons)
- Internship Programme Team Leader
- Admin and Finance Assistant (2 persons)
- Strategy and Leadership Assistant
- Hybrid meeting facilitator
We are looking for women between 18-35 years who will join our assembly internship team. This is an opportunity to put existing skills to use, gather work experience and gaining new skills, as well as making friends from across Europe and experience the ecumenical movement from within.
Are you involved, or curious to becoming involved, with the ecumenical movement? Are you able to work independently as well as contribute to the team effort? Are you looking for an opportunity to meet women from across Europe and learning about their backgrounds and views?
Then an internship at our Assembly might be for you!
Your travel expenses, accommodation and meals will be fully covered for the duration of the assembly. You may be invited to arrive 1-2 days early, depending on your role. This will be discussed on an individual basis. Some of the roles require some preparation ahead of the Assembly. You will be assigned a senior contact person who will assist you with your preparations. You will receive an internship certificate at the end of the Assembly that you can use as a reference in your CV.
